District 9: Grain makeup tutorial

Hey there! So this was inspired by the grain that you see in the midwest. I channeled my inner-Peeta for this one. I really enjoyed the natural simplicity of this look. It is very wearable. 

So lets be honest, I definitely was not wearing foundation when I did this look...I will have a foundation routine post up soon!

Products used:
Eyes:
Urban Decay primer potion
MAC paint pot in soft ochre
UD eyeshadow in verve (an exclusive eyeshadow to the rollergirl palette. It is just a very pearly oyster-y champagne color)
UD eyeshadow in suspect
Wet 'n wild color icon eyeshadow in nutmeg
UD eyeshadow in Buck
Physicians formula eye booster liquid eyeliner in Very black
Revlon grow luscious mascara in Blackest Black
UD skyscraper mascara in black

Face:
Estee Lauder pure color blush in nude rose and pink kiss

Lips:
Blistex
Maybelline baby lips in quenched
Cover girl lip perfection lipstick in Delish
clear lipgloss

For the eyes:
Apply UDPP and MAC paint pot in soft ochre (standard)
Taking a flat shader brush, apply UD verve all over the lid
On the outer half of the lid, take UD suspect, and blend it in
Mix wet 'n wild nutmeg and UD buck on one brush and apply it in the crease
Taking liquid eyeliner, draw a straight line onto your upper lashline
Curl your lashes and apply a few coats of mascara

For the face:
do your typical foundation routine
Mix Estee Lauder pure color blush in nude rose and pink kiss and apply to the apples of the cheeks

For the lips:
Prior to beginning the look, apply Blistex and Baby lips and let sink in
Use Cover Girl lip perfection lipstick in Delish all over the lips
Apply a clear gloss over it.

Then, you're ready to go! Soft and it's Hunger Games inspired!
